What would you think if you saw a burned out light bulb light up?
If you’ve been following my blog, you know that Harold has a thing for manipulating electronics. Here’s another example of that.
Larry’s son has a new “friend” that no one else can see, which is not unusual for a three year old. But since Larry has been helping me try to solve the mystery of the doll, I asked him to ask his son some questions about his “friend,” so we can determine if it’s one of the spirits in the doll.
Today, this is what he shared with me (emphasis mine) –
I asked him about his friend he said it was a boy. He is as tall as him (my son) and he’s smaller than daddy (me). But he wouldn’t say a name. When I asked, he would keep looking up at the light, then behind him, and was trying to avoid the question.
In our room we have had a light bulb burned out for a week or so now u can even see the coil inside separated. As soon as I started asking him, that f***ing bulb just lit up for a good 30 seconds and went back out. Is that possible?
This is a picture of the actual light he’s talking about.
A number of people have shared stories with me about looking at my posts about Harold and their phones, or their computers, freezing up. One woman tried to post a link about Harold on her website, and it crashed! I cannot tell you many times I’ve talked to people on the phone about the doll only to be disconnected at the mere mention of the doll’s name.
I wrote, in a recent post, about how my REM POD was acting strangely; it was on, but wouldn’t activate even when I touched the devices antenna. (The REM POD’s bulbs light up when something disrupts the EMF field created by the antenna. Touching the antenna causes ALL of the lights to come on.) When the device finally turned off and wouldn’t come back on, I thought that the batteries were drained. The next morning I was about to replace the 9 volt battery when I decided to try, one more time, to turn the device on. Sure enough, it came on, and has been doing so ever since, without me changing the battery.
Still, a light bulb that had been burned out for a week lighting up… now that’s one I’ve never heard before! And I thought the flashlight experiment was impressive!
The only answer I can come with to Larry’s question as to whether or not it’s possible is… “Apparently.” I have to admit though, when it comes to all of the stories I’ve heard regarding Harold’s manipulation of electronics, and things electrical… this one, so far, takes the cake.
